Sivora Exchange Marketplace International scale

Exchange / Marketplace

The exchange that clears demand against supply.

Sivora Exchange is a matching venue, not a media agency. It accepts publisher inventory, solicits eligible advertising demand, runs a real-time auction, and returns a result under published rules.

Sequence

How a trade is taken to clear

01
Intake
Supply presents an available impression with the objects required by the protocol.
02
Construct
The exchange builds a bid request for demand seats that are eligible for that inventory.
03
Bid
Demand returns bids within the stated response window. Late or malformed responses are not considered.
04
Match
The auction method in force selects a winner among eligible bids. Method details are shared with accepted participants.
05
Clear
Win or loss is returned. When a bid wins, the creative path proceeds toward the audience on the offered inventory.

Ticket

Bid, seat, and clear

The marketplace treats each impression as a paper ticket would: a bid is stated, a seat is eligible or it is not, and the exchange records the clear.

Paper auction tickets and impression stubs arranged as a still-life. Typography on the tag reads Bid, Seat, and Clear.

Bid

Demand enters

Advertisers and demand-side platforms return a price against an impression-level request, inside the stated window.

Seat

Who may trade

A demand seat or a supply seat is reviewed onto the exchange. Eligibility is applied before the auction compares bids.

Clear

The auction settles

Eligible bids are compared. A result returns to both sides. The impression path continues toward the publisher’s audience.

Control

What each desk still owns

Demand controls

Buying side

Demand sets bid price, buying eligibility, and the constraints attached to each bid. The desk does not rewrite supply floors or seller blocks.

Bid, brand constraints, and the inventory the desk is willing to buy.

Supply controls

Selling side

Supply sets floors, blocked buyers or categories, and the inventory object it discloses. The desk does not set demand bid strategy.

Floors, buyer eligibility, and quality expectations for offered inventory.

Neither side sets the other’s controls. The exchange applies the published method to the objects it receives.

Meridian

A map used as photography

City names on the map are labels of geography. They are not a claim that Sivora operates a desk, a pop, or a market in those cities.

Editorial world map with thin meridians and paper auction tickets. City names are geographic labels only.
